2011 Service Update

Overview

This release, our biggest update to the service for 4 years, contains some major enhancements to core functionality that all users will benefit from.

 

These include, a major overhaul to our map display engine, cross-browser compatibility support for a wide range of browsers, simplified alert configurations allowing alert cloning creating alerts for multiple devices, a new reporting engine which has a range of benefits like retrieving previous reports, report generation status, increased output formats and support for Microsoft® Excel 2007 and later (.xlsx).
